Work With Me
Tired of cooking two different meals every night? Worried your child isn't getting enough nutrition? Ready for peaceful family dinners?
You're in the right place.
I help parents turn their picky eaters into adventurous eaters using behavioral science and real-time mealtime coaching. No bribes. No battles. Just strategies that actually work for your family.
The Mealtime Makeover
Live coaching at your actual dinner table
My signature 4-week coaching program where I join you at your actual dinner table (via Zoom) to help you turn your picky eater into an adventurous eater, in real time.
Most picky eating programs give you information and send you on your way. The Mealtime Makeover is different. I coach you through 5 consecutive dinners via Zoom, so you get real-time guidance exactly when you need it. When your child refuses food, asks for something different, or throws a tantrum, I'm right there telling you what to do in the moment.

Comprehensive Intake Form
You'll complete a detailed intake form so I can learn about your current mealtime struggles, your child's food preferences, what you've already tried, and what's working (or not). This gives me everything I need to create a plan tailored specifically to your family.45-Minute Prep Call
We'll connect to dive deeper into your intake responses, clarify any questions, and ensure I have a complete picture of your family's unique situation before I create your plan.Personalized Family Action Plan
Based on your intake and our prep call, I'll create a customized action plan tailored to your child, your family dynamics, and your specific challenges. This includes your personalized eating schedule, target behaviors to work on, proactive strategies, and your Quick Start Guide—the foundational steps you'll implement in Week 2 to prepare for the intensive. This isn't generic advice, it's specific strategies for your situation.45-Minute Action Plan Review Session
We'll walk through your personalized plan together. You'll understand exactly what to do, why it works, and how to implement it. I'll answer all your questions so you feel confident moving into Week 2. -
Implement Your Quick Start Guide
This week, you'll put your foundational strategies into practice at home. You'll establish your personalized eating schedule, remove pressure language, rotate through safe foods, and offer simple choices. These aren't overwhelming changes—they're approachable shifts that prepare your family for the intensive.Build the Foundation
By the end of this week, you'll notice changes. Your child will be hungrier at mealtimes and less resistant to what's served. You'll feel more confident in your approach. This week sets the stage for real transformation during the intensive. No Live Coaching Yet
This week is about building habits at your own pace so you're ready to get the most out of our live sessions in Week 3. -
Live Mealtime Coaching for 5 Consecutive Dinners (via Zoom)
This is where the magic happens. I join you for 5 straight nights of dinner via Zoom. Before you serve food, I'll coach you on how to set up your child's plate. Then I sit with you during the meal to guide you through:
What to say when they refuse to try something
How to respond when they ask for something different
What to do when they throw food or push their plate away
How to stay calm and consistent when they test boundaries
You're not alone when your child melts down. I'm right there with you, telling you exactly what to do in the moment.
-
45-Minute Follow-Up Session
Within one week of completing the intensive, we'll reconnect to troubleshoot any challenges, answer lingering questions, refine strategies, and celebrate your wins. You'll leave feeling confident and equipped to continue on your own as your child's palate expands over time. -
This program is perfect for you if:
Your toddler (ages 1-4) only eats a handful of foods

You've tried bribing, hiding veggies, and making food "fun" and nothing has worked
You're ready to commit to 5 consecutive nights of coaching and willing to implement new strategies
You want expert support, not just another course you'll never finish
-
This program is NOT a good fit if:
Your child has a diagnosed medical feeding disorder (I recommend working with a feeding therapist or SLP)
You're not ready to change your approach or implement new strategies
You can't commit to 5 consecutive dinners (the intensive format requires consistency)

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I identify what's really causing your child's picky eating and create a personalized plan that addresses the root issue, not just the symptoms. But here's what really sets me apart: I don't just give you information and send you on your way. I actually join you at your dinner table (via Zoom) for 5 consecutive nights to coach you through real mealtimes. You get real-time guidance on what to say, how to set up the plate, and how to respond when your child refuses food. It's the difference between reading about swimming and having a coach in the pool with you.
-
Right now, I specialize in toddlers (ages 1-4). If your child is older, feel free to reach out. I'm happy to discuss whether the program would be a good fit for your family.
-
As a Behavior Analyst, I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent children and sensory sensitivities. We'll address sensory needs as part of your personalized plan. However, if your child has a diagnosed medical feeding disorder, I recommend starting with a feeding therapist.
-
Yes, the entire program is virtual via Zoom, which means I can work with families anywhere! The benefit of virtual coaching is that I'm coaching you in YOUR kitchen, with YOUR family dynamics, which makes the strategies more effective and sustainable.
-
The intensive format is designed for 5 consecutive nights because consistency creates faster results. However, if you have a scheduling conflict (travel, work commitment), reach out and we can discuss modifications.

Because spots are limited and I customize each plan, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due before Week 2. If you need to reschedule, we can work together to find new dates within a reasonable timeframe.
